The book includes a processed course of lectures delivered by I. S. Shapiro to a group of ITEP physicists in 1977-78. Some sections were practically re-written for this publication by M. A. Olshanetsky, others were subjected to the necessary revision. Lectures were created for theoretical physicists and read by a physicist. No, even distant semblance of mathematical rigor should be sought in them.
