This textbook is a revised edition of I, II and III parts of the author's textbook for secondary school, in the preparation of which the author was guided by the decisions of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks on primary and secondary schools and sought to give a complete circle of systematized general educational knowledge. The textbook was compiled with the participation of: V.A. Zhegalova (at the course of the 7th grade and in chapter XI) Y.P. Oryol (at the course of the 7th grade), L.M. Smorgonsky (head of "Silicon") and the artist Yu. D. Skaldina. The book is intended for secondary school, but it also includes a 7th grade course, so that, studying the book, students have a full course of inorganic chemistry in front of them and can easily find help or resume what they have previously passed.
