The book discusses the principles of building language and software tools designed to automate the processes of accumulating, searching and processing information. The syntactic and semantic structures of natural languages ​ ​ and methods for processing information presented in these languages ​ ​ are described. Particular attention is paid to language and software means of human communication with automated information systems, and in particular, dialogue systems.
