It is devoted to the issues of individual differences in the effects of exposure to ionizing radiation in small doses on the human body. It summarizes the theoretical aspects of the problem and the clinical and epidemiological data of the examination accumulated by the author over a 30-year period of 451 officers - testers of the Semipalatinsk training ground - now veterans of special risk units.
