The book provides an analysis of the state of technology and technology of enrichment and metallurgical processing of gold-bearing ores abroad. Practice of processes of crushing, grinding, sorting, gravity, flotation, amalgamation and cyanidation of gold-bearing ores is considered. Some new directions in gold metallurgy are illuminated: sorption from cyanide solutions and pulps, liquid extraction, hydrochlorination, high-temperature chlorinating roasting with sublimation of gold into the gas phase, autoclave oxidation of gold-containing sulfides, bacterial leaching of gold.
