The textbook was prepared by a team of authors that brought together employees of the Department of Financial Law, teachers and graduates of the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, leading practicing lawyers. Based on the generalization and analysis of Russian and foreign tax experience, the basic concepts, principles, institutions of tax law are considered. Theoretical provisions are illustrated by examples from judicial arbitration practice.
