This new system came from the Slavic stream, and in particular from Svarog. From Svarog came a proposal to create a modern system of Slavic-Aryan ritual magic. One of the Magi accepted this offer. For the most part, the entire system is dictated by Mimir, partially taken from other books (their list is given at the end of the book). The seals were created by the Magi, then consecrated by Mimir (like the whole book).
