The basis of the plot of this story is as old as the world: having lost his whole family because of the villain who captured his native land, the 17-year-old Domino decides to find a mentor who will help him one day challenge this villain and fully avenge him for what he accomplished. However, this region - the Northern Steppes - has long been an apple of discord for the managers of the world of two opposing supra-government organizations, past which its capture, of course, could not pass unnoticed. But how to stop a terrorist if the speech of any of the organizations means another war? The second protagonist of this story, a young and promising soldier of the "bright" side of Rex Fears, whose head in his organization begins an unspoken hunt, hopes with the help of his uncle's old friendship with the leader of the opposing camp to solve both problems.
