Roosevelt's communist manifesto here refers to Clinton Roosevelt's book The Science of Governing, published only once before in 1841. Emanuel Josephson's book briefly examines the history of the emergence of communism and globalism, and also provides a decoding of the symbols of the back of the Great Seal of the United States, declassified in 1933 by order of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, a relative of Clinton Roosevelt. The book includes a reprint edition of "Science to Manage."
