The use of microprocessors to create measuring devices is considered. Basic means and methods of measurement are given. The main components of measuring systems are described in detail: sensors, ADC and DAC, signal generators, actuators, indicators, data transmission lines and interfaces. Principles of automatic control systems are described. Examples of implementation of various devices and training tasks are given.
