The collection includes messages made by the conference participants mainly on the problems of toponymy of Primorye and Vladivostok. It is intended for the deputy corps of all levels, officials of the regional, city, district and rural administrations and their respective commissions, scientists, employees of cultural institutions, education, local history and public organizations, the media.
