Inspired by the fact that our book is downloaded and read by tens of thousands of doctors around the world every year, we decided to prepare a new edition of this guide to HIV infection, written in clear language that can be used as a desktop guide. Again, all chapters from previous editions were carefully edited, in addition, new chapters were added to the book.
