This book is an attempt to trace the "ideological" origins of the foreign policy attitudes of German fascism, the grain of which is undoubtedly the dream of liquidating the USSR and creating a vassal Ukraine, which would open a wide path for German capital to advance to the Caucasus, Transcaucasia and Persia. The book examines the geopolitical plans of Kaiser and Hitler Germany in relation to Ukraine.
