Electromagnetic wave is a process in which alternating electric and magnetic fields take part. If oscillations of electric charges occur in any wire, then an alternating electric field occurs between individual points of the wire, and an alternating magnetic field occurs around the wire. Thus, our wire creates variables for mutually related electric and magnetic fields. Having appeared at one point in space, these fields propagate by way of induction to adjacent points, and thus the process of formation of these fields, which began near the wire, gradually captures point after point the entire space through which the electromagnetic wave begins to propagate.
