The Institute for the Study of the History and Culture of the USSR was organized in Munich on July 8, 1950. The Institute is a free corporation of scientists who left the Soviet Union and work on the scientific research of the USSR. The results of this study are intended to dispel the ignorance that exists regarding the USSR, and to inform the democratic world of reliable data related to the Soviet Union.
