Based on our own clinical observations and scientific literature data, the epidemiology, diagnosis, clinic and treatment of minors suffering from substance abuse with volatile organic substances (VOC) are considered. A special place is given to the debatable moments that arise during the clinical interpretation of a particular pathological phenomenon in this form of chemical dependence. So the clinic of acute intoxication is interpreted as a delirious syndrome, personality changes due to the consumption of PWD as a kind of intoxication heboid.
