The monograph is devoted to a comprehensive study of the formation and development of forms and systems of agriculture in the Perm Urals in the Middle Ages (VII-XV centuries). For the first time, it summarized the entire agricultural inventory from archaeological collections from medieval monuments of the Perm Urals, carried out its full source analysis, made classification and mapping, which made it possible to reconstruct the entire cycle of medieval agriculture in the territory under consideration and determine the ways of origin of arable farming in the Perm Urals.
