The proposed publication of documents of the Central State Archive of St. Petersburg is the publication of materials of the Executive Committee of the Leningrad City Council for 1943 and continues the work begun in 2017 to cover the activities of the Leningrad authorities during the blockade. Recordings of speeches by Soviet leaders make it possible to clearly present and assess the current work of the city authorities in the turning point of the Great Patriotic War, give a vivid picture of the life of various groups of the population of Leningrad, and make it possible to more fully understand the essence of blockade life.
