The brochure gives several sets of exercises and describes their methodology for patients with cardiovascular diseases. These complexes are used in bed, semi-bed mode, as well as after recovery. The methodologist's experience in restoring health with the help of therapeutic gymnastics, which helped hundreds of patients to get on their feet and return to life, is summarized.
