Basic requirements for the design of civil buildings are set out. Instructions are given on the selection of structural schemes of the designed buildings and the design of residential and public buildings made of industrial prefabricated elements of factory manufacture. Methods of industrial house building from monolithic reinforced concrete and basic structural solutions of large-span coatings of public buildings are given.
