The luxurious, richly illustrated twelve-volume edition "Moscow in its past and present," dedicated to the memory of I.E. Zabelin, was published by the Moscow publishing house "Education" in 1909-1912. The publication was attended by such major experts in the history of Moscow as D.N. Anuchin, M.K. Lubavsky, S.F. Platonov, Yu.V.Gotier, I.E.Grabar, A.A. Kisevetter, M.M. Bogoslovsky, S. K. Bogo-Yavlensky and others.
