The book of well-known English scientists discusses from a unified point of view the application of probability theory and wave theory to the calculation of wave loads and reactions of marine structures to them, as well as the main problems of hydro- and aerodynamics of elements of these structures. Methods of calculation of ultimate and fatigue strength of structures of drilling platforms are given.
