Born of the Fog takes place in a world where the dark lord has won. A thousand years ago, the hero predicted by prophecy rose to battle with the power of evil and was humiliatingly defeated. Now, a millennium later, our small team of thieves is annoyed. The prophecies did not come true, and the world became a gloomy place where ashes fell from the sky, and most of humanity was enslaved. Our heroes, led by a charismatic man endowed with certain forces, decided that they would overthrow the dark ruler in their own way: stealing all his money and outbidding his own armies.
