Based on the analysis of a wide range of historical sources, the monograph provides a comprehensive description of the judicial and world institutions of the Perm province for the entire period of their activity in 1873-1893, including an analysis of organizational aspects, staffing and interaction of the world court with public and government circles. The research materials can be used in teaching the general course "History of the Urals," "History of the domestic state and law," in the development of special courses on judicial reform in 1864 and in the practice of the modern world court.
