The book outlines the concepts of human stress reactivity, presents methods of treatment for increased stress reactivity. Description of non-drug treatment of a number of somatic diseases is given. Issues of evaluation of stress reactivity and effectiveness of the intervention are highlighted, its possible side effects are considered.
