Collections of fairy tales compiled by the researcher of Russian folk art V.A. Gattsuk were repeatedly published and reprinted at the beginning of this century by the bookseller and publisher A.D. Stupin. In the book that combined these collections, "Repka," "Koschey the Immortal," "Sivka-Burka," set out, however, in a not entirely familiar interpretation, and few people are familiar with the works of everyone's favorite genre of fairy tales.
