The book is devoted to the oil problems of the Persian Gulf countries, whose national independence, sovereignty and economic equality are inseparable from the struggle for control over oil resources. It sets and explores the problem of relations in the "triangle": countries - oil producers, oil monopolies and imperialist states. The problems of anti-monopoly struggle in the oil sector are considered in the context of the world revolutionary process.
