The training manual "Hand-to-hand combat" is intended for instructors of military-physical training, social trainers in hand-to-hand combat. In physical training, hand-to-hand combat is the most important section and is studied by all military personnel. Special requirements for the development of physical qualities, education of moral and volitional and psychological training, practicing techniques and developing skills in hand-to-hand combat, activity and initiative in actions are imposed on military personnel.
