Throughout the twentieth century, the predominant object of philosophical interest in Western European culture, regardless of the thinker's worldview (be it existentialism or positivism in any version), was - and remains in the 21st century - language. Of course, this ideological affiliation leaves an imprint on the results; but the main differences in the research of this priority object of philosophizing are in the method.
