The purpose of the work is to attempt a historical reconstruction of the events associated with the inclusion of Xinjiang Province in the system of military-technical and economic assistance of the Soviet Union to China during the Sino-Japanese War and the disclosure of the content associated with this process of organizational and technical measures.
