The software package (PC) "Certification of GIMS" is designed to conduct an automated test of citizens' knowledge of the right to control small vessels by testing in strict accordance with the requirements of the State Inspectorate for Small Vessels EMERCOM of Russia. PC "Certification of GIMS" was put into operation in accordance with the Letter of the Head of the State Inspectorate for Small Vessels of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia dated 01.09.06 No. 121-8-556.
