Changes in the military administrative structure are made so often in our time that the compilers of courses on the Military Administration are able to maintain them in constant freshness only with extreme stress in labor. Since the communication of outdated information does not meet the purpose of the courses, their frequent restatements are inevitable, and at the same time, in view of the urgency, some haste in work is inevitable, which, of course, cannot but affect the dignity of work. Under such conditions, the preceding book was compiled.
