The manual is devoted to the application of the differential diagnosis method to the analysis of syndromes and signs of internal diseases, for the detection of which it is enough to collect a history and conduct a routine physical examination of the patient. Analysis of the leading sign or dominant syndrome is carried out according to the stages of the path that the doctor goes daily at the bedside of each patient.
