The presented collection includes mainly previously published documents of the Extraordinary Congress of the Peoples of Dagestan, declarations on the declaration of autonomy and the formation of the Dagestan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, the preparation and adoption of the first Soviet Constitution of the DASSR, the formation and activities of the first Soviet government of the republic and its structure. The collection is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the proclamation of autonomy and the formation of the Dagestan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
