The monograph examines attempts to practically implement the models of the political structure of the Far East put forward by anti-Bolshevik forces at the final stage of the Civil War in Russia. On the basis of a wide range of sources, the features of the legislation of buffer state formations alternative to the Far Eastern Republic are analyzed, the reasons for their insolvency are shown.
