The rapid development of technology over the past 10 - 15 years and the enormous experience of the past Great Patriotic War and World War II have led to the intensive development of camouflage. If 10-12 years ago, in order to disguise a ship, a naval officer with good operational and tactical training, it was quite enough to understand the basics of only optics and acoustics, now such a volume of knowledge of these branches of physics can no longer satisfy the modern conditions of war at sea.
