The textbook outlines the key points traditionally related to investment analysis from the perspective of various investors, as well as the models and methods used to analyze individual assets (for example, stocks, real asset creation projects). The concepts of investment activity, investment decisions, investment attractiveness of assets have been introduced. The principles of ranking assets by investment attractiveness are presented, the logic, principles and practical methods of making investment decisions are shown. Comments were given on popular investment strategies for selecting assets for the portfolio based on a fundamental analysis of markets and issuers. Features of analysis of alternative investments and possibility of assessment of control over functioning business are shown.
