Every day we are faced with questions that, in principle, do not have an absolute answer. At first, we want to know how to be happy, and we come to the idea that in order to have happiness, it is necessary to become successful. Then there are endless questions: "How to succeed?," "Am I worthy of success?," "Is it worthy to feel happiness?" However, we used to just ask these questions, not paying attention to the fact that every day we are given answers to them, and neither an acquaintance, nor a friend, nor a psychologist, and not even a psychiatrist, but gives us answers - our brain. This paper suggests the most optimal concept for success through self-motivation, self-monitoring and planning. In our opinion, this is the "three whales" of success in life.
