One of the most important conditions for a comprehensive objective study of the history of Russia during the civil war is the introduction of sources previously closed for ideological reasons into scientific circulation. These include newspapers of those years containing unique information and facts. Of exceptional value are the non-Soviet newspapers of 1918-1922 that have been preserved for a long time in the special store of the Public Library.
