The work aims, first of all, to acquaint politicians, diplomats, historians and legal scholars with historical and legal aspects, as well as the mediation process of one of the most complex and protracted armed conflicts of our time, rooted in history and with a new force that broke out on the eve of global geopolitical changes associated with the collapse of the Soviet Union and the formation of new independent states in its space.
