The novel-chronicle "Two Worlds" by the famous Siberian writer V. Ya. Zazubrin (1895--1938) is dedicated to the events of the civil war in Siberia, when the Red Army and partisans of the Taseyev Republic, defending the conquests of the revolution, smashed Kolchak gangs and asserted Soviet power. The novel vividly, reliably and originally shows pictures of the liberation of Siberia from the White Guard; the clash of "two worlds" - old and new; the romantic pathos of revolutionary struggle; organizational and leadership role of the party.
