The monograph is devoted to a very relevant topic - the consideration and doctrinal analysis of the fundamental problems of criminal liability for crimes that infringe on human sexual integrity and sexual freedom. The work analyzes both the historical aspects of the emergence and formation of criminal liability for attacks on individual rights existing in the field of human sexual activity, as well as issues of prevention, and in addition, the main signs of the composition of various currently existing types of sexual crimes, moreover, some very problematic issues of qualification of the latter have been investigated.
