The textbook corresponds to the program of the course of lectures "Methods of calculations," which is given at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of NGU. Its first part outlines the basics of numerical methods for solving the Cauchy problem for ordinary differential equations, formulates problems for seminars, gives examples of tests and tasks for practical exercises on a computer.
