The textbook is intended for 1-2 year students of the Financial University studying the discipline "Foreign Language." The manual consists of 15 chapters, several tests, essay topics, a dictionary, general information about 68 countries, comparisons of American and British English. The purpose of the proposed manual is to develop such types of student speech activities as reading, speaking and writing, as well as stimulate interest in the subject under study. Based on the original texts, students acquire the opportunity to master a wide range of business vocabulary, develop personal creative potential, and familiarize themselves with the terminology used by business people while traveling.
