The book covers the history of Kazakhstan in the late Middle Ages from the middle of the XIII to the beginning of the XVIII century. On the basis of a set of written sources and archaeological research, the processes of formation and development of the Kazakh Khanate, the formation of the Kazakh nationality, the formation of ethnic territory, socio-economic relations in Kazakh society are considered.
