The proposed dictionary contains over 7,000 Russian jargon words and more than 1,600 jargon phraseologisms and proverbs. The main criterion for the selection of vocabulary was the relevance of the use of jargon in live speech, mass media and modern literature. Dictionary entries are accompanied by historical and etymological references, as well as numerous examples of word usage.
