This manual, consisting of two volumes, reflects the issues of general and private pharmacology, summarizes the history of the creation of drugs, presents modern classifications of pharmacological groups, summarizes data on pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and pharmacotoxicodynamics of drugs used in modern medical practice. The material is highlighted in integration with other biomedical and clinical disciplines.
