The book is written as a textbook on the course of number theory for the physics and mathematics faculties of pedagogical institutes and is intended not only for students of the hospital, but also for correspondence faculties. Therefore, the presentation is carried out as far as possible in an accessible form, and special attention is paid to explaining the introduced concepts.
