For the first time in Russian literature, the book "The Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 Campaigns and Strategic Operations in Numbers" provides quantitative parameters of the warring parties. For all 50 strategic operations, the associations involved in them, the number of formations, the number of weapons and equipment involved, the number of personnel, losses of the parties, the consumption of ammunition, fuel and food are given. Information is given about the command composition of the troops up to and including the commanders of the formations.
