Professor Leonid Naumovich Yurovsky (1884-1938) - the largest specialist in money circulation, during the NEP period - the head of the foreign exchange department of the People's Commissariat of Finance. The collection includes the book "Monetary Policy of Soviet Power (1917-1927)," published by the Financial Publishing House in 1928, as well as newspaper and magazine publications by Yurovsky in 1918, 1922 and 1926, which analyze the economic consequences of the October Revolution and justify the need to take into account market laws in state regulation of the economy.
